This project is 15 acre in size and situated 10 kilometers from Shoolagiri ( 9 km off the highway). Has tar road access to the project. The project has small hillocks within and has a couple of trekking trails right next to it. There are couple of check dams around the property to ensure ample ground water. The periphery of the project will be fenced and the internal connectivity is via a 20 feet wide mud road. All individual plots have been given underground water pipe connection.
